Memo: Inspection Trip to Sandy Beach (P1)

Captain Parsons outlines his inspection of the Salton Sea Test Base (code name: Sandy Beach) in September 1944. At this point the road had just been completed and the new electrical generator houses had been completed.  Phone lines had been ordered but the telephone poles had not yet been erected. Captain Parsons did notice the mud:

It is very muddy in wet weather but a 4 x 4 vehicle should be able to negotiate the road.Top Secret memo regarding the inspection of the Salton Sea Test Base
