Memo: Safety at Sandy Beach From Norman F. Ramsey

In this previously classified memo from Norman F. Ramsey dated December 1944, the safety of the incorrectly constructed bombing target is discussed.

In Studying the aerial photographs of the target at S.B. (Sandy Beach, code name for Salton Sea Test Base) we find that it was not placed in exactly the position originally requested.
